ART’S CAFÉ ART SHOW
In Partnership with Stroud First United Methodist Church and the Stroud Arts Council.
SATURDAY OCTOBER 8, 10:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M.
SET UP BEGINS AT 9 A.M. Arts Café is local art program that encourages people exploring art as a means of bringing self-fulfillment to the individual and beauty to the community. We cannot be responsible for the safety of art displayed.

Requirements:
The Art Show is a fundraiser of The Arts Café. Registration for this initial Art Show will be $10.00 for 2-3 small to medium pieces to be displayed.
Family friendly topics and themes (no nudes, violence, or crude content)
Space is limited; so only a few items per artisan. There will be some table top space available. Bring a display stand if possible.
All art should be displayed on a stand or small enough to be displayed on one of the tables at the venue. Tag your art with your name, name of project, and cost if “for sale”.
Frames not required but encouraged; gallery wrapped is acceptable. Items should have a card or tag with arts name, contact information, and price of the item.
Artist or assigned rep must remain with the art during the event.
DEADLINE FOR PAYING FEE AND REGISTERING IS 7 P.M. OCT. 6. That will be by the end of the weekly ARTS CAFÉ session at the educational wing of the Stroud UMC. Payment and registration form can be
dropped off at any time during the ARTS CAFÉ Wednesday sessions (6-7 p.m.). Checks should be made out to “Stroud UMC” with a memo “Arts Café.”
